In two lines
Your photos stay on our servers only as long as strictly necessary to process them. All images are deleted automatically within 24 hours. We never use them to train AI models and never share them with anyone.

Data collected
- Uploaded and processed photos: temporarily stored to generate and deliver the result.
- Email (only if you enter it): used exclusively to send you the photo and the receipt.
- Payment data: fully handled by the payment processor (Stripe). We don't see or store card numbers.
- Technical data: anonymous analytics (page views, device type) if you accept cookies.
Retention and deletion
Photos are automatically deleted from our servers within 24 hours of the order being created. The receipt and email remain in our accounting records for the period required by applicable tax law.
Legal basis
Processing is based on the performance of the service contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)) and, where applicable, your explicit consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)). We comply with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable local data-protection laws.
Data use
Your photos are used only to produce the ID photo you requested. No AI training, no profiling, no resale to third parties.
Subprocessors
We use the following processors strictly to deliver the service: Stripe (payments), Google Cloud / OpenAI / Fal / BFL (AI processing of the photo), Google Analytics (anonymous traffic measurement, optional). All are bound by data-processing agreements.
International transfers
Some subprocessors may process data outside the European Economic Area (e.g. United States). Transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict processing, object to processing and request the portability of your data. To exercise them, write to info@idready.ai. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
Cookies
We use only technical cookies strictly required for the service to work, plus anonymous analytics cookies to measure traffic. We do not use advertising cookies without your prior consent.
